These terms of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of goods on Nautage.com for delivery in Denmark, with the exception of Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
Nautage receives payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will not be charged to your account until the item is deseed. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and includes VAT.
Nautage uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. This means that you cannot read your information.
Nautage delivers on all weekdays, with order placed before 12:00
Nautage endeavours to deliver the ordered goods within 1-2 business days after we have received your order, unless otherwise agreed in the purchase process. Nautage uses GLS Group to deliver to your doorstep. The freight cost depends on the size of the order.
2-year warranty is granted under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper operation of the product/service.
Nautage will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

A 14-day full right of return is granted on goods purchased in our Webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 after purchase and from the withdrawal you must return the shipment within 14 days of the shipment.
The message must be given by email on email@example.com. In the notice, please make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send back. You can find it here
You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item the same way you did if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the item, but not use it.
